The Ketogenic Diet Works For Weight Loss



The ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protein, and low carb diet. It has helped me go from 32″ jeans to 28″ jeans after doing it for four months. I follow it accurately for 95% of the time. This diet completely challenged every idea I had about weight lost. It makes me wonder what else I’ve been lied about.
