** I do not follow any “food combining” rules, as I find them to be stressful, and unnecessary. The idea that eating incorrect combinations of raw fruits & vegetables will cause intestinal gas, is a myth. The only types of foods that create intestinal gas are animal products, and processed foods.
If a person begins to release gas, after eating raw fruits and vegetables, that is simply the (healthy) process of raw fiber eliminating intestinal gas previously created by animal products, or processed foods, consumed at an earlier time.
