I’m getting close to breaking the 300 lb milestone. So, in a effort to hit my milestone this week, I increased my cardio. I normally do a 15 minute pre-workout run to get me ready for lifting. This week, I also ran 15 minutes more at night. Getting 30 minutes total of cardio really helped out. Combining 30 minutes of cardio, resistance training, intermittent fasting, a ketogenic diet, and Pruivit’s Keto OS drink mixes is really paying off: 40 lbs lost in 8 weeks!
