Losing Weight On A Plant Based Diet – Weigh In 07

This is my seventh weigh in while on a Plant Based Diet (lifestyle change).

Last week I completed the cleanse from Dr. Gundry’s book, The Plant Paradox.

I ate select vegetables for three days, and at no point was I starving or craving different food. The biggest change was going to decaf for three days, no headaches were experienced.

Are you curious about cleanses? Here are a few that I’ve tried and wouldn’t mind doing them in the future.

1. Pressed Juicery
2. Suja Juice
3. Almased Protein

The above cleanses I have all done, and the third is a weight loss cleanse. My experience with Almased is that I would remain feeling hungry. If you have a short period of time and need to drop weight, this is the one for you.
