From HCLF vegan to LCHF (keto diet) vegan. I’m trying whatever I have to to help lose weight and stay healthy. I’ve been a vegan for a little over a year and a half and unfortunately I haven’t seen much progress in the weight loss department and I’ve even lost a bit of vitamins and nutrients that I need.
I’m hoping that the Keto Diet will improve my health and maybe even help me lose some of this weight. Being a vegan and staying healthy is my number one goal. Weight loss is secondary to me, but I still want to acknowledge my achievements.
