Keto Talk – Gut Health – Probiotics And Fiber On Keto



Hey there!

Two videos in one day what can I say! This is my second Keto Talk and this time I am going over something that might sound a little gross but I found that have my gut health in a great place has helped me get that much closer to my optimal health. Being a ketogenic diet is only one of the ways I am going about being healthy. I am a big believer that when you eat with intention you gain the maximum benefit. Here are some of the foods I am eating in order to keep my gut healthy and balanced.
