Welcome to another meatless mondays. Episode three is how to lose weight on a vegan, or vegetarian diet (aka emphasis on no meat). I’m on a weightless journey and now that I’m eating a vegan diet, there are changes I need to make in order to accomplish this. I plant to lose weight on a vegan diet by eating lots of greens and green veggies such as mustard greens, kale, broccoli and snap peas to name a few, increase my protein intake by having a vegan protein shake each day, and cutting out junk food and refined sugars.
