Being a fit mommy can be a difficult task (especially after giving birth – postpartum) but I want to show you some workouts that you can do at home WITH baby. I did a couple of different things to lose my baby weight and I will make a separate video to share those, this is just our workout. In this video I am using the Ergo baby carrier (which I would highly recommend! It’s awesome!) This exercise is great because baby can do it with you and it works out your legs (glutes/booty), arms and is also cardio! My little guy seems to really enjoy it and have fun, he always falls asleep at the end.
