Atkins Start Week 2



This was taken on Friday 27th of [email protected]:00am My starting weight was 231 I am feeling good and having good results! I have recently started walking up hills!!! this is great for me since I used to get tired walking home from the CAR! I will be stepping up my walking starting next week this week I will be going up and down hills for 20-30 mins 6 days a week if not seven 🙂
