In this video, I am 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant, on a raw vegan diet, which consists primarily of fruits and green leafy vegetables, as well as some healthy levels of fats.
Even at 40 weeks pregnancy, I had the energy to exercise daily (brisk walking and walking up the hills, swimming, strength training, yoga, pilates and aerobics). Yes, thanks to my healthy diet I found myself in a fit and vibrant shape!
So here, I am sharing with you my raw food diet vegan meals and time gaps between my meals, listing everything I ate to sustain both myself and the baby. I also share my pregnancy exercise routine and activities I engaged in.
