Goal#1: Acne; significantly decreased, and skin is looking better overall.
Goal#2: Weight-Loss; I have met my goal of 155 pounds. I have lost 10 pounds so far, and gone from 163-153 pounds.
Goal#3: Hormonal; My temps have continued to remain higher, and my hormonal acne has improved. Also, I am in much better moods an happier overall, even around the time of my period when typically I am a grouchy, mean person.
