TIU Protein Shake

The TIU Protein Shake Recipe (my version):
* 1 serving whey protein (Tera’s Whey)
* 1T organic whole flaxseed
* 3/4 cup organic frozen berries
* 1/2 frozen or fresh banana
* 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
