I made it through the entire 30 Day Shred! Here are my results. It, was, tough. But I noticed big results in only a little over a month. It took some time to ramp up, but once I was there, I could get through the workouts and not feel super tired (took a couple of weeks).
My favorite level was the second one. Level 1 was good too, but I was not a fan of Level 3 which made it hard to finish strong. Still, it pushed me and that’s what I wanted.
FYI: I didn’t get the nutrition plan for the 30 Day Shred, just the downloads from Amazon that I purchased here:
