I’m on Day 6 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and even though my mind is on Irma right now, I’m still hitting the workout hard. Actually, it’s a great distraction right now…
– getting stronger and starting to actually enjoy this level (gasp)
– while I’m still doing push-ups with my knees on the ground, I definitely feel stronger and overall, better about what I can do
– all of this working out seems tough before I actually hit “play” and then, it just sort of flows now
