This is why we only recommend eating White meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and salads throughout your weight loss process. These foods are going to help you get drastic results in a short amount of time. With these foods being low in calories and fat they are extremely beneficial to use.

The next step in the process is getting on a good workout regimen. You’re going to need a program that does a little bit of cardio and a little bit of strength training. I’ll recommend probably about 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week followed with 30 minutes of strength training.
