It is easy, quick to make and you can get really creative with it….Oh yeah, it’s DELICIOUS too. The perfect breakfast to add to your vegan bodybuilding meal to your recipe list. Make sure you add this in next time you are making a weekly meal plan.

Here’s what you are going to need:

EASY VEGAN BREAKFAST RECIPE FOR SCHOOL & WORK

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of quinoa
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of coconut milk
1/4 of a banana
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A table spoon od chia seed
5-10 cashew nut
1 table spoon of maple syrup

Instructions:

-In a microwave safe bwl add the oats, quinoa and water.

-Put the mixture in the microwave for 12 – 15 mins depending on your microwave

-Once out of the Microwave mix in the coconut milk and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes

-Add your 1/4 of a banana, chia seeds, cashews then top it off with a little maple syrup, just to sweeten it up.
