DASH Diet For High Blood Pressure



ASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet is the ideal diet that all of us must try to eat, especially for those with high blood pressure.

This approach was put forward by NHLBI (National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute) to help people prevent and control high blood pressure. The DASH diet is also recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture, American Heart Association and Mayo Clinic for hypertension.
