Chadaptation #1: 28 Day Vegan Challenge

I’m launching a new series called, “Chadaptation” where I will take on new challenges every so often, mostly to improve the quality of my life. The first challenge I am undertaking is the 28-day challenge from the “Engine 2” diet. It’s completely vegan. I’m a meat-eater. This was filmed the day before I started, and includes my visit to the doctor’s office where I get some baseline health numbers to observe the change over time.
