Carb Cycling After VSG

I am going to follow the Chris Powell’s Choose More, Lose More book.. but modified for a VSG tummy portion size.
My Turbo plan is
Mon Low Carb
Tues Low Carb
Wed High Carb
Thurs Low Carb
Friday Low Carb
Sat Low Carb
Sun High Carb Reward Day

Low carb breakfast:
3 ounces protein
1 ounce 1/8 cup complex Carb
2 ounce/1/4 cup Veggies

Rest of the 5 meals that day:
3 ounce protein
2 tbsp/1 ounce Fat
2 ounces/1/4 cup veggies

High Card Day: (All 5 meals)
3 ounces protein
1 ounce 1/8 cup complex Carb
2 ounce/1/4 cup Veggies

Always eat within 30 minutes of waking up. Eat 5 meals each day, eating about every 3 hours.
