Tip #1 – Always buy in bulk.

Tip #2 – Always look in the reduced section in the supermarket / grocery store. (Big bargains can be found !!)

Tip #3 – Don’t buy popular brands (They brain wash you to thinking there food is so much better when the supermarkets own brands can be the same quality… but much cheaper… always read the label on the back to compare whats in the foods.)
