Triglycerides are extremely big, and for their size aren’t able to exit the fat cells like those free-flowing essential fatty acids can. As a result, triglycerides become stubborn body fat that is so incredibly difficult to get rid of.

“But here’s finished .,” Flatt said. “Those triglycerides can be targeted, and they can be damaged back off into those essential fatty acids that may be burned by your body for energy. In fact, when we breakdown those triglycerides, it’s kind of like dumping rocket gasoline into your vehicle’s vehicle’s gas tank. Those broken down triglycerides overflow the physical body with a great source of energy it actually loves to burn off.”

Flatt designed The 3 Week Diet to not only breakdown existing triglycerides, but to prevent the physical body from forming new ones.
